I understand that a pallet and pallet wrap will be provided but I will be expected to add my unit to the pallet

I understand that this is a kerbside collection only and the driver collecting the unit is not insured to enter the building to retrieve the unit

I understand that cancellation or rescheduling of my collection must be provided no later than 24 hours to the agreed collection date to avoid any additional fees. I also note that should the driver arrive to collect and the unit is not ready or the premises are closed, I will need to pay a failed collection fee prior to re-arranging the collection
