Q: Do you offer temperature controlled LCL services?
A: Yes, we serve a number of ports Worldwide offering regular sailings for Frozen, Chilled and Ambient cargo
temperature controlled cargo
For frozen, chilled or ambient goods, we arrange import / export via temperature controlled containers know as Reefer Containers.
These containers can be set to maintain temperatures as low as minus 40 degrees C up to plus 30 degrees C.
Most common types of commodities requiring temperature control are foods such as ice cream, meats, confectionery and pharmaceutical products. It is important temperatures are monitored throughout to avoid goods being defected.
dry containers for cargo
For commodities which do not require temperature control, they can be shipped in normal dry containers with a variety of different sizes available.
We also have specialised equipment such as flat racks for bulkier items which require special handling for loading / unloading along with open top containers.
Standard Dry Containers open at the smaller sides of the containers, most customers will use a loading ramp or drop the container to floor level for easy loading. The standard free loading/ unloading time is 3 hours.
