Change doesn't necessarily have to mean chaos.

Our team have been closely following the progress of our departure from the EU and with a 'no deal' on the horizon, we are ensuring both our company and our customers are fully prepared for this.

We want to ensure a frictionless transition for our customers which is why we have taken the below steps:

1. Establish in-house customs clearance departments in 28 European Countries

  • Austria

  • Belgium

  • Bulgaria

  • Croatia

  • Cyprus

  • Czechia

  • Denmark

  • Estonia

  • Finland

  • France

  • Germany

  • Greece

  • Hungary

  • Ireland

  • Italy

  • Latvia

  • Lithuania

  • Luxembourg

  • Malta

  • Netherlands

  • Poland

  • Portugal

  • Romania

  • Slovakia

  • Slovenia

  • Spain

  • Sweden

  • United Kingdom

Working closely with our reliable group of European agents will mean we can perform accurate customs clearances at both exit and entry points.

Utilising the same data used on the exit / entry customs declaration will vastly reduce time and reduce any possible delays at the border

2. Obtain Authorised Economic Operator Status (AEO)

This is an internationally recognised quality standard. AEO carriers benefit from having access to simpler procedures to move shipments through customs safely and efficiently with a reduction in time taken to do so.

3. Provided a check list to our customers to ensure they are compliant with import/ export regulations

It is important our customers understand what is required of them to be able to successfully transport goods to and from Europe.

Below you will find a list and further information on how to be in compliance of these requirements.
